Vincent serves as Founder & CEO at Baron Avenue.

As the son of Kenyan immigrants to the U.S., Vincent learned about entrepreneurship before he could even talk. He was raised by his grandmother on a small farm while his parents worked tirelessly to build a better life.

From an early age, he saw that entrepreneurship wasn’t about headlines or glamour. It was about survival. It put food on the table, created opportunity, and gave families like his a future.

After years of experience as an operator, private markets investor, and investment banker at global financial institutions across Europe and the U.S., where he helped grow and transform businesses, Vincent founded Baron Avenue to return to what first inspired him: the grit, responsibility, and purpose of building something real and meaningful.
His goal is to lead one great company with care, and carry a founder’s legacy forward with integrity.
